Delivery by EMS
After your payment is verified, we start processing and dispatch you the item. It is regulated for the swords to be registered to the Japanese government. The registration certificate is attached to the sword in Japan. When the sword item is exported, we are responsible to return the certificate to The Agency for Cultural Affairs in order to get the export permit. It takes about a few weeks to get the permit. And then, we promptly dispatch you the item by EMS. We also advise you the tracking number. The delivery condition will be easily checked by asking the EMS tracking service. The shipping insurance is included in the postage of EMS JP\20,000. It is possible to fully cover your item's value up to JP\2,000,000, please let us know. The shipping cost does not include the customs duty. You have to pay the customs duty that varies with countries. Please contact your local Port of Entry office to check the exact amount of duties.

Return Policy

We basically do not accept any claim and return of the sold item. However, if the item is substantially different than described or there is a fatal defection on the blade, please immediately contact us by E-mail within 3 days after the arrival of the item. (It is possible for us to check the delivery condition by using EMS tracking service.) If we judge the reason for the return is fair, we will accept the return of the item or replacement for another item equivalent to the returned product. Please be sure that the shipping and handling costs will be at your own expense when you return the item to us.

Payment Term

Please do your payment transaction within 3 days after placed the order. We will hold the item as a sold item within a month if you pay us 10% of the price as a deposit in advance. When you cancel to purchase the item, the deposit is not returned to you because it is counted as the cancellation fee. Your lump sum (one time) payment will be much appreciated.
